There are mornings when a departure from my normal bran flakes, almonds, and cranberries is welcomed. Today was a perfect day for that …and so I did.

It wasn’t just breakfast, we dined on home fries with onions, salsa, green peppers, and chopped chicken breasts; eggs in a nest topped with salsa and shaved romano cheese, beautiful wedges of clementines, and endless cups of ground coffee. As always, the conversation following morning grace complemented the meal perfectly. Our home was filled with a wonderful aroma for hours.
